The premises are delivered on schedule and in the agreed condition.
Basic technical systems, including fire protection (in accordance with regulations), electrical systems, and air conditioning, are provided as per the building’s base design and clearly documented in the handover report.
6. Can I review layout drawings or technical plans?
Yes. Upon receiving your requirements and confirming the suitability of your business model, the Building Management will provide layout drawings, technical specifications, and current condition images to support your evaluation and design planning.
7. What are the regulations for fit-out and renovation?
To ensure safety and consistency across the building, all fit-out works must be submitted to the Building Management for review, approval, and detailed guidance prior to implementation.
8. What are the operating hours?
